CLEMENTE RANCH Chandler Arizona Actives Pendings and Closed Listings

If you’re looking for a great south Chandler community, Clemente Ranch is a nice place to call home!  Built between 1994-1998 by Shea, Continental and UDC Homes (acquired by Shea in 1998), Clemente Ranch has a good mix of single and two-story homes.

Chandler homes in Clemente Ranch are located close to major employers such as  Orbitol, Intel and Wells Fargo. Tarwater Elementary School is within walking distance to almost all homes in Clemente Ranch and several community parks are within the Clemente Ranch area. There’s plenty of shopping too! The Frye’s Shopping Center, located at the southwest corner of Alma School and Germann, Las Tiendas Village Shopping Center at the northeast corner of Alma School and Queen Creek with anchor tenants such as Stein Mart, Sprouts and OfficeMax and Fresh n’ Easy located on the southwest corner of Dobson and Queen Creek Road.   Keegan’s, Dvine Bistro and Wine Bar, and the Living Room are very popular bars and restaurants where all the locals hang out. Chandler Fashion Mall is less than five miles from Clemente Ranch with too many restaurants, bars and shopping to name.

I was comparing this analysis to the one I did in March of 2010 and things have changed quite a bit.  The comparisons are as follows:
